Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Regional Customer Sales Specialist who’s excited by the opportunity to combine their customer-centric approach with sales expertise to contribute to our continued global success. Connecting with customers across diverse cultural backgrounds, the successful candidate will leverage their exceptional communication skills and sales acumen to drive international sales and provide outstanding customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sectors.

  • Fluency in both English and Polish languages.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude.

Direct Sales: Identify and engage with global customers, understand their needs, and present MasterMover’s solutions to meet their operational requirements.

  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights and feedback on market trends, customer needs, and the competitive regional landscape, to develop effective regional marketing strategies.
  • Sales Partner Support: Assist and coordinate with regional sales partners to support sales and service processes and ensure that enquiries are completed successfully.
  • Service Support: Provide service support to ensure customer satisfaction and act upon customer feedback to maintain strong, ongoing relationships with customers
