QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree or at least 4 years of relevant training/work experience
- Keen eye for detail and excellent time-management/organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal, writing and communication skills
- Strong math skills and experience working with data
- A good listener and thoughtful reader; able to take clear, thorough notes
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- A self-starter, able to work well both independently and collaboratively
- Able to work weekends/evenings (overtime pay provided)
A couple of things that will put your application ahead of other candidates:
- Coursework in computer programming, statistics and/or data analytics
- Working knowledge of statistical software packages (R, SPSS)
- Fluency in Spanish

Responsibilities:
- Project coordination with internal departments and outside vendors
- Gather preliminary data and conduct background research for projects
- Program surveys (training provided) and test survey programming
- Monitor and take notes for client conference calls, focus groups and other qualitative
- Draft questions and help prepare scripts for focus groups
- Prepare data tables and PowerPoint decks showcasing research findings
- Conduct rigorous quality control checks on quantitative and qualitative data
- Proof data in memos, charts, graphs
- Work on specialized research projects as requeste
