POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:

The main role is to ensure that every member /guest entering the Wellness Floor is well received and assistance offered. To recognize members’/ guests’ utilizing the gym, swimming pool and studio classroom and remembers their preferences. Well verse with the up to date Fitness Membership, Spa packages and retail products available and made aware to all members/ guests.

• Ensures and oversees member/guest satisfaction and smooth coordination of all services within the Wellness Floor.
• Meet & handle potential members and any other walk-in clients/guests in a professional, well-mannered and friendly way.
• Attend to phone calls according to hotel’s telephone etiquette and verbiage.
• Interact with guests and assist with any enquiries
• Ensure all guests sign in and out at the pool counter, accordingly when entering the Wellness Floor.
• Ensure guests and members participating in studio program are registered and verify attendance with trainer prior to start of class.
• Handling of locker keys for guests and members with proper recording.
• Keep track of towels inventory and is properly recorded daily.
• Ensure all operating items are replenished at all times; towels, cups in gym, amenities in showers etc.
• Conduct Wellness Floor round checks to ensure all in order using the checklist.
• Provide orientation to members utilizing the Wellness Floor
• Ensure all equipment are well maintained and functional

Talent Profile

• Should possess GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ level
• Fluent in English
• Proven record of working independently, a self starter
• High customer service focus
• Excellent interpersonal and human relations abilities
• High levels of flexibility and adaptability
• Strong team playing skills
• Act with utmost integrity
