You will be responsible for executing the sales process for our in-ground pool renovation projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure the successful completion of each project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success and a deep understanding of the pool construction industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field preferred, (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in pool/spa sales or pool construction/renovation industry
  • Strong knowledge of the pool construction industry, including products, techniques, and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales contracts, with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficient in CRM software and other relevant sales tools
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events

Responsibilities:

  • Implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives for pool/spa renovations and equipment as well as pool construction/masonry projects
  • Meet with clients and prospects to discuss pool renovation projects and answer questions/concerns
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the pool construction industry, including industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and present compelling proposals to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, providing exceptional customer service and managing client expectations
  • Regularly monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to stay up-to-date with industry developments and expand professional network
