Description:
JOB SUMMARY
This professional position is assigned the responsibility and accountability for facilitating and coordinating the assessment, planning, development, implementation and analysis of Population Health initiatives and special projects. Performs Triple Aim (cost, quality, outcomes) analysis and tasks as assigned to include, but not limited to, alternative payment model programs, grant project analysis, and clinical/quality indicators. This position serves as a resource by providing consultative assistance, team facilitation, and project coordination in support of CoxHealth goals and objectives to meet organizational mission, vision, and strategies.
EDUCATION
Required: Bachelor’s degree OR An Associate’s Degree AND 5 years of management experience within the related field
EXPERIENCE
Preferred: Previous Quality/performance improvement and/or project management experience

- Ability to monitor and compile data and disseminate results to multiple levels of leaders and employees.
- Must be able to initiate and understand research related to projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Management experience is helpful that includes supervisory, budget, and patient care activities in ether inpatient or ambulatory patient care settings.
