FUNCTION DESCRIPTION

• Proactively communicate with Technical Team (Superintendents) of each customer for visit vessels arrangement on request by them or by Sales’ team and report back the result from the visits, ensuring that chemical testing, technical support and product demonstrations are provided where and when necessary
• To fill in the ship visit report and discuss with Regional Technical Manager related the result from vessel visits and relevant documentation after every visit (service) on board
• To provide the list vessels visit record of each customer to ensure that all vessels of each customer are visited properly
• Obtain customer feedback concerning any matters affecting customer satisfaction and report back to respective Sales’ team for improvement planning
• Continuously promote company’s products and services during vessels visit and to inform Country Manager / Account Manager for any sales opportunities to be discussed with customers
• Maintain continuous contact with Technical Team (Superintendents) and other senior members of the crew related our chemical product solution for their vessels
• Initiate regular contact to Ports, Terminals for any updates of regulation related maritime regulation in China
• Maintain continuous contact with Dry Docks, Repair Yards and Ship’s Agents to identify opportunities and obtain information concerning Charterers, vessels docking & repairs. To report back to Sales for any sales opportunities for further follow -up
