Description:
JOB OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for cleaning projects requiring advanced training and demonstrated skill. Inspects work performed in assigned building/property(s) and submits reports to the Manager/Supervisor. Positions may be indoors to maintain the interior of the community, outdoors to maintain the exterior, or a mixture of both.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous custodial experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas and grounds, including lobbies, hallways, and amenity spaces
- Perform routine inspections of the property, identifying maintenance needs and reporting issues to the Chief Engineer
- Assist residents with moving in/out and provide support during deliveries.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling procedures, ensuring compliance with community standards.
- Respond to resident requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with special events and community activities as needed
- Oversee the dock area, ensuring safety and security for residents and their guests.
- Manage the flow of deliveries, coordinating with vendors and contractors.
- Enforce dock rules and regulations, addressing any issues promptly and professionally
- Water and care for the grounds, ensuring that landscaping and plant life are healthy and well-maintained
