POSITION SUMMARY:
The mandate of the role is to provide ongoing administration oversight of the entire Mortgage portfolio, by delivering high-quality service and efficient processes to the Bank’s Clients and internal departments to keep pace with growth and evolving business needs, as well as ensure the Bank’s collateral continues to be sound and secure by completing processes in accordance with the Bank’s policy.
MAJOR ELEMENTS OF THE ROLE:Power of Attorney Management:
- Draft, review, and process power of attorney documents
- Ensure POA documents are legally compliant and properly executed
- Maintain accurate records of active POAs and update systems accordingly
- Communicate withclients, legal counsel, and stakeholders to ensure POA needs are understood and properly documented
