Krakow-based opportunity with the possibility to work 60% remotely!
As a Portfolio Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution, on a pivotal project within their Portfolio & Programme Management (PPM) & Transformation Team. The role involves supporting the Central PPM function to ensure effective delivery assurance and portfolio oversight. You will be instrumental in monitoring, governance, and reporting activities, contributing to the successful execution of Client’s department tech transformation and managing funding portfolios.

Responsibilities:

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Acting as the gatekeeper of data, including financials, for Agile deliveries, resource, and capacity management across Client’s department Technology portfolios
  • Interfacing with PPM leads in the value streams to ensure timely and accurate inputs supporting PPM objectives
  • Producing timely and accurate reports supported by KPIs and KRIs for internal governance forums and initiatives
  • Conducting proactive analysis of data to identify trends
  • Supporting ad-hoc requests for analysis or reporting
  • Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of data
  • Analyzing data sources and providing solutions, including business interpretations and alternate approaches
  • Collating, testing, and assessing independently sourced data for robustness and fitness for purpose

YOU’RE IDEAL FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Experience in resource and capacity management
  • Strong familiarity with design thinking, process analysis, and solution design
  • Proven ability to influence and challenge the status quo using reliable data analysis and trends
  • Ability to prioritize work within competing demands and deliver services effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform large datasets into actionable recommendations
  • Expertise with MS Excel and familiarity with GPDM, Clarity, Jira, Rally, and other relevant tools
