HOW WILL I HELP?
We are looking for a Portfolio Analyst to join our team on a permanent basis. The Risk and Regulatory Delivery team is a specialist delivery function for complex Business & Wealth transformation and are accountable for program specific execution of divisional Risk and Regulatory Change.
The portfolio governance team’s purpose is to provide strategic oversight for the delivery of Risk and Regulatory change projects. Your role is to support the PMO with co-ordination and advice as it relates to project delivery, prioritisation, resourcing, reporting and monitoring.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the achievement of Westpac’s strategy by working with delivery leads to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate progress of portfolio, program and project management across the team.
- Working collaboratively with all sections to execute business cases that support targeted business outcomes and deliver business value, including management of operational budgets and resource allocations.
- Co-ordination of scoping workshops, post implementation reviews and various other project related activities.
- Complying with the group governance processes, ensuring stakeholders understand their role in delivery and required decision making and escalation processes are in place to help achieve success.
