Our Client, an MNC in the Real Estate industry with a global presence is looking for a Portfolio and Asset Senior Executive (Real Estate) to manage overseas portfolios and funds.

Job description:

• Partner with overseas fund managers and asset management teams to manage portfolios and funds for commercial properties.
• Spearhead and contribute to financial modeling for assets and portfolios, aiding senior leadership in making informed decisions.
• Collaborate with asset, property management, and portfolio analysis teams during the budgeting and reforecasting cycles.
• Lead the preparation and management of reports, both internal and external, and develop strategies to optimize financial performance and asset value.
• Work with internal departments and external advisors to meet business goals and operational needs.
• Analyze global market trends, provide insights, and mentor junior team members, with opportunities to engage in acquisitions and fund syndication processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in real estate portfolio and asset management.
• Highly resourceful with strong business and financial insight, along with an analytical mindset and expertise in financial modeling
• Team-oriented with the ability to take initiative, capable of working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
