Responsibilities:

YOUR NEW ROLE

Work with team in verifying and validating risk identification reviews and testing on internal and external processes, policies, and practices, including underwriting, claims, and customer loans.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Complete analysis of Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI) submissions and approvals
  • Provide high-quality customer service and stakeholder feedback.
  • Deliver accurate reports and recommendations on key risk indicators and process failures.
  • Adhere to company guidelines, policies, and relevant laws.
  • Deliver application reviews with accuracy and timeliness.

To be successful in this role, you will have

  • Proven experience in completing Home Loan assessments.
  • Understanding of QA frameworks and process, with strong attention to detail
  • Understanding how to assess, collate and analyse data for compliance processes and practices.
  • Good Technical and problem solving skill
