Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Portfolio Delivery Manager is responsible for agile delivery enabling the Origin Zero business to innovate product offerings, improve customer experience and streamline operations. You will be responsible for coordinating technology delivery activities across multiple delivery squads, managing product and delivery dependencies, collaboration between product, segment, technology and architecture teams, and working within financial and time constraints.
This key leadership position will continue to embed agile practices and continuous improvement, supporting a high performing team culture.
This is a 10 month limited term opportunity to cover for an internal secondment.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Co-create and evaluate business cases for technology investments.
  • Align vision, roadmap and delivery plans for agile delivery teams through collaboration with key stakeholders across business, architecture, technology and vendor teams.
  • Manage the application lifecycle through alignment with industry best practice, and adherence with security and design governance processes.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the delivery and achievement of business outcomes.
  • Identify and articulate the risks of high levels of technical debt, influencing priorities to contain to acceptable levels and ensuring ongoing delivery agility can be achieved.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the technology delivery processes.
