Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides business insight related to the Service Line’s engagement level financial performance
- Work closely with the SL’s Operations Director to agree on relevant priorities aligned with the business needs.
- Provide advice tailored to the business needs that optimises financial and working capital management at portfolio and engagement/project level if necessary
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of financial tools, SL strategies and policies which they can articulate both content and context appropriate for the audience to help our partners navigate in order to deliver work successfully to their clients
- Share forward looking business insights gained from working closely with the business and internal Team to ensure SL leadership are equipped with the knowledge to drive better business decisions
- Willing to get involved to support ad-hoc projects and initiatives led by SL and Finance Leadership
- Leading and coaching internal Finance and Account Support Teams
- Shares their knowledge and experiences across the team to strengthen skills and improve advice to CS
- Support to provide experiential learning opportunities for BA colleagues
- Contribute to capturing and shaping best practices, processes and improved solutions
- Identify and socialize trends and challenges faced by the business enabling Finance to react and address in an effective manner
