Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

This role will focus on supporting the delivery of programmes impacting ITV’s group functions and the ITV Studios division.
The PMO is responsible for supporting the programme management function by tracking the portfolio’s progress, monitoring KPIs, ensuring programme documentation is up to date, and providing administrative support. Reporting to the PMO Lead (M&E), the PMO will also work closely with programme directors and workstream leads. They will support the wider transformation team to ensure the portfolio is delivered on time, within budget, and delivering business value.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor portfolio progress and status reporting (managed in Smartsheet Control Centre)
  • Monitor portfolio KPIs and analyse data, provide insights to support decision making
  • Proactively track deadlines and deliverables, supporting the programme leads by actively seeking updates
  • Manage programme risk & issue logs (incl. RAID management guidelines) proactively seeking updates from programme leads
  • Provide administrative support to the programme director and the project’s managers, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes and proactively following-up on actions & decisions
  • Coordinate workstream leads status report updates
  • Maintain the programme documentation (updates, filing and archiving) – documents include but not limited to: organisation chart, governance structure, meetings cadence (incl. terms of reference), programme onboarding deck, holiday tracker, etc.
  • Support in maintaining the high level portfolio plan and resource plan
  • Support the implementation of project management tools and software
  • Support the development of programme phase/wave budgets, working with the programme manager and programme finance business partner
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, media, or related field is highly desirable
  • Portfolio management or PMO experience (project management qualification is a plus)
