Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
Assure activities on Governance, risk and compliance and project’s portfolio execution, focus on: Nissan Methodology, budget accuracy, IT purchasing, providers payments, Nissan security and compliance standards, local and regional reporting.
1. JOB KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Computer Science, Informatic Systems, Industrial Engineer.
- Focus on results, customer orientation, negotiation and conflict management, effective communication, problem solving, teamwork, planning and organization, project management, Agility, work under pressure.
- Language: English (Advanced)
- Must have:
- Project management knowledge
- Understanding of IS Finances
- Proficient in Microsoft Products, Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint
- Knowledge on using Project Portfolio Management tools and processes
- Nice to have:
- Knowledge in Financial or Automotive Industry.
- Knowledge on IS sourcing.
- Itil, Agile or Project Management Certifications.
- Experience with foreign interaction and processes.
- Computer Skills: PowerPoint, PowerBI and Excel (Advanced)
- Competencies:
- Focus on results, customer orientation, negotiation and conflict management, effective communication, problem solving, teamwork, planning and organization, project management, Agility, work under pressure.
2. YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
- 1-3 years of experience with Areas related with IS Projects at Finance or Automotive Industry.
- 1-3 years of experience in Projects methodology (waterfall & Agile), execution and KPI’s at Finance or Automotive Industry.
3. EDUCATION
- Computer Science, Informatic Systems, Industrial Engineer
