Description:
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Calibre degree in Business Economics, Marketing, or another related discipline
- Min. 5 years of Marketing or Category experience
- English professional proficiency required and fluency in minimum one Nordic language a plus
- Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills
- Attention to detail
- Advanced usage of Excel and Power point
- Data experience preferred (i.e. Nielsen, GFK, Kantar)
- Analytical skills and demonstrated ability to create a narrative from analysis/insights
- Previous experience within FMCG and the Nordic retail market preferred

Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver the Cluster cell/brand growth strategy in line with Regional cell strategy and priorities and fueled by local customer, consumer and shopper insights
- Collaborate with Regional cell team and provide inputs to ensure fit for purpose growth platforms
- Lead portfolio strategy deployment and tailor plans to market specific needs
- Create and drive opportunities of brand scale and efficiency across the Cluster
- Manage innovation through S&OP+ stage & gate process incl. post launch review
- Prepare New Product Development (NPD) selling story
- Own Cluster portfolio menucard and pipeline
- Be the guardian of Portfolio health
- Lead cell/brand flywheel analysis
- Co-owner of PPA (price-pack-architecture) analysis and execution
- Sparring and coordination with Media Manager on Media activities
- Get and incorporate learnings from other markets. Create networking with other markets in order to share ideas and implement activities where applicable
- The individual will need to partner with, inspire and motivate a cross-functional array of internal stakeholders to drive excellence in execution of the cell/brand growth plans
- The role will require attention to detail and strong project management skills to ensure all projects are delivered on time and in full.
