We are looking for a full-time Portfolio Manager (m/f/d) as of November to strengthen our Marketing Department in Cologne.
YOUR TALENT – PACKAGING PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS
- A successful graduation in a commercial oriented study program
- Experience in market specific packaging development being advantageous
- Talented project manager, with strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Structured thinking. Identifying, and setting priorities effectively
- Always acting trustworthy and with a high level of integrity, demonstrates a precise working approach
- Good interpersonal skills, open minded, quick learner
- Approach challenges with open and enthusiastic mindset
- Proficient in Excel, with knowledge of PLM and SAP being advantageous
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and German
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Packaging Projects: Manage price and regulatory updates, new product launches, and brand initiatives from a packaging perspective, ensuring clear and effective project briefs.
- Project Execution: Implement and assess packaging projects for feasibility, timing, and budget. Track progress together with respective stakeholders and suggest improvements when needed.
- Central Point of Contact: Serve as the main liaison during packaging projects within the market organization, maintaining regular communication with brand teams, R&D, logistics, and demand fulfillment and global functions.
- Drive Efficiency: Support standardization, optimization, and cost-saving initiatives in packaging.
