ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE –

  • Direct senior stakeholder communications and change management activity to ensure changes embed within the business organisation to drive benefit realisation in line with the business case.
  • Management of inter-relationship of the programme or portfolio with the wider business portfolio and business as usual business and technical operations.
  • Management of the delivery and relationships with internal functions (e.g. DTS) and the contractual relationship with third party suppliers.
  • Delivery of the programme or portfolio in accordance with quality standards, agreed change methodology, and portfolio governance standards as defined by the Planning & Performance team.
  • Planning of resourcing for the programme or portfolio, ensuring there are adequate resources, including contingency arrangements, to deliver commitments.
  • Leadership, coaching and motivation of the programme or portfolio teams, across business functions and the DTS organisation to deliver successful programme or portfolio outcomes.
  • Structured quality assurance and health check reviews of programmes and projects as required.
