This position will be based in Singapore.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to speak English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu or Bahasa Indonesia required
- Passionate in portfolio management and the financial markets
- 5-8 years of Consulting and/or Private Equity experience
- Team player with excellent technical and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
Assist and co-lead in driving value creations in portfolio companies, focused on IT / Systems
- Driving value across the portfolio through consistent interaction with management of the portfolio companies and Investment Team, and driving strategic initiatives and exits for portfolio companies, with focus on data analytics, IT and systems related initiatives
- Lead in designing data-driven solutions for portfolio companies on matters including trends analysis, budgeting, pricing, sales & marketing, cost optimisation and other strategic decision making.
- Working collaboratively with investment team to manage the full life cycle of portfolio companies from on-boarding, executing strategic and operational plans, monitoring financials, board and executive management governance and preparing companies for exit
- Participating in annual leadership reviews, board effectiveness review and strategic reviews of portfolio companies.
- Reviewing portfolio company operations, evaluate management teams and portfolio company boards
- Monitoring KPI trends across portfolio to monitor operating results, including performance against budgets
- Regularly update and discuss on portfolio companies’ performance with Investment Teams
- Advising management about key matters that impact the business on a short and mid-term period, in order to make a meaningful contribution to the realization value creation opportunities jointly identified by the Investment and Portfolio & Operations Teams
