Mō te tūranga | About the Role
The Portfolio People & Reporting Lead is a leadership role within the Transformation & Delivery team responsible for leading a team of delivery specialists including line management, coaching and development. The role supports the Head of PSM Delivery in overseeing and driving delivery in a defined portfolio of change initiatives with a specific focus on portfolio and financial reporting.
- Leadership of a team a delivery professionals, including line-management, coaching & development and optimising the allocation of resources for assigned programmes.
- Provides advice & translates information into meaningful portfolio analysis to inform decision making including portfolio status and financial reporting and leading meetings to share insights.
- Management of risk & dependencies, including overseeing initiative status reporting
- Develops a clear understanding of how initiatives would contribute to organizational proof points and and the costs, benefits, risks, inter-dependencies, and impacts of those initiatives.
- Work with the Head of PSM Delivery to ensure that customers of Transformation & Delivery feel engaged and supported.
- Work with the Programme Managers and Finance to ensure high quality and accurate forecasts.
