About the role
As ATB’s next Portfolio Planning Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and shaping of our client experience and technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with our AOE/SSU’s partners and a commitment to our Path to 2030 strategic direction. Working directly with the Senior Manager, Portfolio Enablement you will help with the development, facilitation, and management of CXT’s portfolio roadmap. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand the portfolios of work, priority initiatives, and support with the facilitation of planning and prioritization discussions. The ideal candidate is an organized and strategic thinker, with a strong ability to navigate change and adapt as priorities and requirements change.

Accountabilities

  • Portfolio Management: Support the end-to-end management of CXT’s portfolio roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective prioritization of initiatives.
  • Prioritization Model: Support in the development of a portfolio prioritization model and scoring matrix to help stakeholders with planning and decision making.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to help support and facilitate portfolio planning conversations.
  • Portfolio Analysis: Monitor and support portfolio enablement metrics, complete scenario analysis, and present insights as required.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by living ATB ID’s, showing a growth mindset, and identifying areas for improvement.
