DESCRIPTION

We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Portfolio Service Delivery Manager to provide oversight for property services and service delivery for our wealth management branch portfolio. The candidate will be managing 7 million square feets across more than 400 locations in the United-States.
In the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience, while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third-party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do-and-win business. This is a Director level position within Property Services, which manages the daily operations of our facilities, handle all engineering and maintenance services.

What you’ll do in the role:

  • Collaborate with the Sourcing Team regarding Request For Proposals(RFPs), contract negotiations, vendor selection, and the maintenance and tracking of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and new initiatives.
  • Maintain frequent and direct interaction with contracted vendors and internal BU clients in the maintenance and planning of new and existing office locations.
  • Proactively monitor and measure all service levels and implement improvements.
  • Conduct interoffice travel on occasion (few times a year) to ensure continuity of service across office locations.
  • Facilitate regular client meetings to discuss Corporate Services support and expectations.
  • Develop, report, and forecast monthly, quarterly, and year-end budgets.
  • Oversee facility management quality control for all sites in the relevant region.
  • Directly manage the facilities management service provider and oversee all soft services responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with Portfolio Strategy and Project Management on all capital projects and cross-departmental initiatives, including environmental sustainability initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the Business Continuity Team on business continuity planning and disaster recovery.
  • Manage contingent workforce engagement for all Property Services groups.
  • Ensure local, regional, and national code compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) or equivalent business experience
  • 4 -5 years’ experience working in financial services in an operations or property management role; vendor management; contract management
  • Ability to work effectively with all level of personnel including a cross functional team environment, with superior client and customer relationship skills
  • Proficient in administrative documentation such as Microsoft Office, presentation creation and execution, Verbal and written communication
