Your opportunity

  • Working with multiple business stakeholders to improve cash processes
  • Working with Client Account Managers and our Client & Product Implementation Team to ensure that our clients’ cash requirements are met
  • Compiling, validating, and distributing reports for internal and/or external clients
  • Assisting our Portfolio Managers in understanding cash positions and forecasts and ensuring that they have the required information and reporting
  • Managing the receipt of cash flow notifications and use of the Appian Global Cashflow system to perform entry and/or quality control review of transactions and notifications
  • Working with IT Business Process Automation to continually enhance the Appian Global Cash Flows applicationOversight of various vendors and BNP FOX and HAWK programs
  • Coordinating with global counterparts in different time zones
  • Carrying out other duties as assigned

Must have skills

  • Knowledge of the asset management business and cash and trading processes in particular
  • Ability to understand, analyze and troubleshoot workflow processes
  • Strongly numerate
  • Highly motivated with enthusiasm to learn the business and about the stakeholders that we support
  • Strong communication skills with proven ability to work within a team
