Job Description: POS Audit Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional for the POS Audit Analyst role. In this position, you will play a vital part in ensuring the overall quality of our processes at 3M. Your primary objective will be to consolidate quality cases related to point-of-sale (POS) systems, analyze data, identify improvement areas, and develop comprehensive training materials. Your knowledge and expertise will help elevate the skills of team members involved in POS operations, while also promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the quality team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits on the conditioning work completed by the Conditioning Team, both for SIBG & TEBG.
  • When issues are found, work with the appropriate conditioning analyst to get the issue corrected.
  • Document audit findings to work on root causes and prevent from happening again.
  • Improve the overall quality of the POS data prior to the data being posted and it going downstream.
  • Participate in Area and Global Quality initiatives.
  • Training Material Development: Participates in the creation and update comprehensive training materials, including manuals, guides, and videos, to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members involved in POS operations.
  • Training Delivery: Participates in training sessions to educate team members on proper understanding and resolution of audit findings to prevent from happening again.
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Proactively participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the quality team and POS Conditioning team, sharing insights and recommendations based on analysis audit findings.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to address POS issues promptly, ensuring effective communication and resolution.

Skills And Expertise:

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a field related to Business, Economics or Finance or a Minimum of 2+ year combined experience in finance, analytics, pricing, customer service or marketing.
  • 2+ years working with POS systems SAP and Salesforce.
  • Excellent data analysis skills to identify trends, patterns, and improvement areas.
  • Advance English B2+
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to build conditional formulas, VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, create macros, and manage large data sets

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability to changing requirements and priorities.
  • Experience in conducting training sessions or workshops is preferred.
  • Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma, is a plus.
