    Job Title: POS Business Support Analyst (Competitive Market Analyst)
    Location: Ikeja, Lagos
    Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research and report any competitive market intelligence relevant to the business.
  • Continuously monitor and gather updates on competitors’ activities, including product launches, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
  • Organize and analyze data on competitors to generate actionable insights.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors’ actions to identify opportunities for product enhancements and service improvements.
  • Provide detailed feedback to internal teams based on competitor analysis, helping to refine PalmPay’s product and pricing strategies.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of competitors’ policies, including pricing and product strategies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) policies, including both current and upcoming regulations.
  • Familiarity with PalmPay’s internal policies, with the ability to update and align strategies as necessary.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting and presenting findings to stakeholders.
