WHAT DOES A SUCCESSFUL POS PAYMENTS DELIVERY LEAD DO?

We are expanding our technology center in Nenagh and seeking a POS Payments Delivery Lead to drive the delivery of our next-generation Android-based card acceptance platforms, applications, and data analytics services. This senior leadership role will set the delivery vision and roadmap, ensuring high customer satisfaction and successful implementation of strategic priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the delivery strategy for Android-based card acceptance application teams, focusing on the next generation of platforms, applications, and data services.
  • Build the necessary capabilities to deliver on product roadmaps and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with broader Fiserv teams, both technologically and business-wise, to ensure cohesive project implementation.
  • Actively coach and manage development staff, providing mentorship across the organisation.
  • Serve as a role model within the leadership team, fostering a positive and proactive culture.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of Android-based card acceptance applications across various devices and platforms.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective delivery management.
  • Provide technical consultation and guidance to supporting infrastructure teams.
