About the Role
The +SHIFT Team Leader role, reporting directly to the Family Violence Services Manager and indirectly to the Family and Community Services (FACS) Victoria Operations Manager. The Team Leader +SHIFT plays an instrumental role in implementing evidence-informed, best practice approaches. By guiding the +SHIFT Team, the Team Leader contributes to the broader wellbeing of clients and integrated teams in Victoria, upholding Baptcare’s strategic goals and improving the lives of those affected by family violence. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Tertiary Qualifications: hold a Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent qualification or be working towards this in alignment with the mandatory minimum qualification requirement, via one of the available employment pathways in Social Work, Psychology or other relevant Human Services qualification. This aligned to Recommendation 209 from the Royal Commission in Family Violence.
