LVMH Beauty Division has been created few years ago to support each Perfumes and Cosmetic Houses development.
Total 15 houses including prestigious one as Perfumes Christian Dior, Guerlain, Givenchy.
In this LVMH Beauty Division, a dedicated team to Travel Retail business, has been assigned to develop and to bring to Travel Retail customers a unique client experience with each one of our Maison’s DNA.
All Houses are driven by the same values: a quest for excellence, creativity, innovation, and perfect mastery of their image.
LVMH Beauty division to support Houses business development is implementing new IT tools to follow key business KPIs at Retail, sell out, sell in and P&L levels.
Job Description

The applicant will be assessed on:

  • Her/his ability to raise alerts when deviations are encountered.
  • Her/his analytical approach, critical eye on data, systems, and processes.

HARD SKILL AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Diploma qualification or higher.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Relevant work experience in the Supply Chain areas of Purchasing & Logistics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Power Query and Power BI are appreciated.
  • SAP operation knowledge are appreciated.
  • Six Sigma and APICS certifications are appreciated.
  • Fluency in Mandarin spoken and written are appreciated.

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the sourcing, procurement, integration of the new articles in our system and stock management to ensure product availability
  • Set up and update master data required for production in our ERP
  • Follow the process of new product launch with HQ
  • Launch and track orders according to agreed lead time with our Asians suppliers.
  • Manage the relationship with the suppliers and negotiate with them to get products on time (advancement or postponement)
  • Act as a liaison between HQ purchasing and procurement teams and suppliers to ensure worldwide consistency of orders

Guarantee an optimum level of service to the markets for Merchandising references

  • Communicate needs projection to suppliers on a monthly basis
  • Analyze reporting alerts and launch corrective actions
  • Escalate accurate and timely information to Supply Planning regarding availability or risks
  • Manage changes in requirements (in collaboration with the Business Demand Manager in Singapore to get feedback on market requirements)
  • Raise alert to HQ or to Supply Planning team when it is necessary and provide detailed analysis of the situation and risks (out of stock risk or overstock risk)

Carry out continuous improvement actions

  • Follow up on all activities monitoring tools (out of stock report, OTIF suppliers, etc…) and launch corrective actions
  • Analyze monthly KPI (service level, inventory level, OTIF supplier, supplier contract, SOH value vs target, etc…) to ensure cost savings
