The Research Centre for Visual Poetics of the Faculty of Arts at the University of Antwerp is seeking post-doctoral candidates with the necessary expertise to write research proposals relating to the topics of adaptation, canonisation and/or cultural memory in film, theatre, dance, and other media.
External and internal post-doc researchers who are eligible to submit an FWO and/or MSCA post-doc application are invited to apply. The top ranked candidate with the best profile (project proposal and CV) acquires a preparatory post-doctoral research mandate to further develop and submit competitive research proposals to FWO (Research Foundation - Flanders) and/or MSCA (Horizon Europe Marie Skłodowska-Curie fellowships), with the University of Antwerp as host institution. The candidate will also be involved in the research group’s research and teaching activities.
