Description:
As post grant analyst, you contribute to activities subsequent to the authorization of financing and disbursement, commonly referred to as post-grant. You ensure validity and compliance for financing applications and their conditions, by validating contracts and guarantees. You analyze and authorize disbursements, ensuring compliance with applicable conditions arising from financing applications while ensuring compliance with standards and legislation in effect. You draw on your in-depth knowledge of the business area and your ability to manage complex situations.
You follow up with members/clients and collaborators. You work closely with colleagues and partners involved in financing files. You assist the manager in keeping documentation up to date and with employee coaching and training. More specifically, you will be required to :
- Validate document and contract consistency and compliance as well as compliance with conditions and guarantees.
- Prepare activity plans for BBO SSC to handle contract and guarantee preparation up until the time that guarantees are published and the loan is disbursed.
- Complete the disbursement roadmap.
- Finalize files by, for example, archiving and following up on missing files.

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
