Description:
As a post-grant financing analyst for medium and large businesses, you support Canada’s Real Estate Financial Group and are responsible for managing the administrative component of commercial, institutional and construction loans. You’re also responsible for putting together the files for new financing applications and adding them to our systems after ensuring they respect policies and meet our terms and conditions. Please note that this position requires that you work with English-speaking clients in Quebec and Ontario. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Support the business line with the administration of the loans in its portfolio
- Implement financing, amendments and revisions, and process discharges and other follow-ups related to loans
- Ensure files meet with our terms and conditions, various policies and any applicable procedures

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in commercial financing
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Expert proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
