Sitting within Quality and Regulatory, and monitoring the safety, performance, and quality of our Fisher & Paykel Healthcare products once they are out in the market, this entry-level role provides an opportunity for first-hand exposure in Post Market Surveillance, complying with International Standards & Regulations.
You will be responsible for capturing and processing post-market data from around the world, collaborating with our regional offices in various countries. On a daily basis, you will apply a combination of technical, clinical, and international regulatory knowledge to record, process, assess, and track all post-market data. Your role will also involve the preparation of detailed reports to ensure regulatory compliance in vigilance reporting.
We will work collaboratively with you to enable practical learning with a strong focus on continuous improvement in our open-plan workspace. This unique experience will not only deepen your understanding of the broader industry but also expand your business knowledge and skills, setting the stage for an exciting array of career advancement options within F&P. This is a permanent position.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • To be eligible, you must have recently completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in either of Engineering, Science/ Health Science or Law.
  • Your CV will showcase your formal writing talent, your high degree of organisation and time management and your exceptional attention to detail.
  • You will have a creative and practical problem-solving mindset, demonstrated through your work experience, hobbies and university projects will be advantageous, as will your ability to collaborate as part of a team.
  • Being able to take initiative, communicate effectively and share your ideas will help in your continuous improvement.
  • And lastly, an ability to speak a second language will be extremely advantageous in your communication with our global offices.
