JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in retail sales or store management. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in office management or supervisory roles within a retail or sales environment is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Familiarity with cashiering systems and retail operations is advantageous.
  • Experience in recruiting and training staff is a plus.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance market presence and drive retail sales initiatives.
