We’re looking for a Post Setup Team Lead to oversee the delivery of our HR, PRO & GRO services, the fastest growing business line within AstroLabs Business Growth Solutions. We need to ensure efficient and consistent operations, while we undergo rapid scaling and maintain regulatory compliance for our clients in the Kingdom. This is a crucial, hands-on role that will set the standard of operational excellence within our HR, PRO & GRO team, underpinning the continued growth of AstroLabs in Saudi.

Responsibilities:
- Operations:
- Optimize the efficiency of our post company setup operations and build scalable operations to fuel our growth.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement, put forward solutions, and drive process enhancement.
- Increase client retention through excellent delivery of HR, PRO & GRO services.
- Adhere to corporate governance requirements in order to ensure due accountability, transparency, administrative and regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Establish KPIs, measure success, and analyze outputs to drive initiatives that consistently improve outcomes, such as optimizing resources and reducing delivery times.
- Leverage technology to automate repetitive tasks, streamline operations, and enhance productivity across teams.
- Client Experience:
- Ensure world-class client experience through excellent service delivery, engagement, communication and account management.
- Directly manage a set of VIP clients, delivering HR, PRO & GRO services to them on a monthly basis to stay directly connected to the operations.
- Manage the team to ensure high levels of client satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and consistent value creation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring long-term client retention and success.
- Manage client escalations.
- Work with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to optimize for customer journey and commercial impact, and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Team management:
- Lead a team of Account Managers and Client Relations Associates delivering HR, PRO & GRO services.
- Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and tools to perform their roles effectively, managing team performance and development.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team, providing guidance, mentoring, learning sessions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high output.
- Lead on performance management and establish individual KPIs to ensure success of team members and the unit.
