At the Institute of Radiooncology – OncoRay scientists (f/m/d) specializing in medicine, physics, biology and IT work together to crucially improve the treatment of cancer by administering radiation therapy that is biologically-personalized and technically-optimized.
The Department of Radiobiology is looking for a Postdoc (f/m/d) Bioinformatics Associate/Fellow.
Responsibilities:
- Bioinformatic analysis of bulk, single-cell and multi-omics sequencing data sets from different sources (e.g. patients, in vivo, in vitro)
- Identification of novel cancer targets, biomarkers and key regulators/mechanisms/pathways according to the data set (RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, (phospho)proteomics, metabolomics, lipidomics) and the scientific question
- Support for data life cycle management of research data
