Description:

The Department of Agroecology at Aarhus University, Denmark, is offering a postdoctoral position to investigate manure management strategies for better nutrient use efficiency and GHG mitigation, starting 15-03-2024 or as soon as possible thereafter. The position will be available for a 2-year period.
You will be part of a research environment focusing on nutrient cycling in agricultural production systems. You will be contributing specifically to the area of manure management, studying effects of treatment technologies on nutrient utilization and emissions during storage and after field application. The activities are part of inter-disciplinary projects with engineering and animal science departments.
We expect that you will be an integrated part of the research environment and that you will contribute positively to the social life of the workplace. We also expect that you will take part in our teaching activities, and that you will report research results in high-impact scientific journals.
