REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Ph.D. in genetics, plant breeding, biology, or a related field
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Demonstrated record in publishing in high impact journals
• Extensive experience in bioinformatics and data analysis pipelines
• Extensive experience with programming languages (Python, R, or similar)
• Experience in genomics
• Experience with molecular biology lab techniques
Responsibilities:
The Department of Agronomy at Iowa State University invites applications for a Postdoc Research Associate to join Dr. Jianming Yu’s Maize Breeding and Genetics group.
