A Postdoctoral Fellow position is available in Construction Engineering and Management in the Department of Building, Civil, and Environmental Engineering at Concordia University’s Gina Cody School of Engineering and Computer Science.

The ideal candidate should possess a PhD in Construction Engineering and Management (CEM) with expertise in one or more of the following areas:

  • construction automation
  • sustainable and resilient civil infrastructure
  • simulation of construction operations
  • lifecycle costing and construction finance
  • digital twin applications in construction
  • modular and industrialized construction

Excellent communication skills are required and industry experience is an asset.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with Professor Osama Moselhi and members of his research team on a wide range of topics related to the areas stated above, play an active role in collaborative research, development of research grant proposals and in preparation of journal publications and conference presentations.
The appointment will be for one year, renewable for a second year pending performance.
