Description:
We are looking for an organised, motivated and skilled researcher to join our team and contribute to the development of Oral Health outcomes for our groundbreaking birth cohort study (Children Growing Up in Liverpool, C-Gull). We are seeking an individual with working knowledge and experience in both quantitative and qualitative research methods and preferably with some understanding of and commitment to health inequalities research.
You will be working within the Oral Health research group in the School of Dentistry and work closely with Professor Sondos Albadri https://www.liverpool.ac.uk/life-course-and-medical-sciences/staff/sondos-albadri/ to design the oral health component including identifying key outcomes and analysis of longitudinal data. You will be contributing to developing oral health assessment protocols and help write funding applications. There is also strong links and joint working with our close partners as Alder Hey Children¿s Hospital and Liverpool Women Hospital. You should hold a PhD in a relevant field e.g., Public Health, Epidemiology, Dentistry, Health Sciences, Health Psychology) . Knowledge and Experience in Oral and Dental Research is preferable
This is an opportunity to join a multidisciplinary research team and contribute to cutting-edge research in oral health outcomes and health inequalities.
If you are still awaiting your PhD to be awarded you will be appointed at Grade 6, spine point 30. Upon written confirmation that you have been awarded your PhD, your salary will be increased to Grade 7, spine point 31.
