Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Postdoctoral Research Associate in Synthetic Organic Chemistry.
UE07 £40,247 - £47,874 per annum
Fixed Term 9.5 months
This post is full-time (35 hours per week).
YOUR SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS:
- Must hold a PhD in synthetic organic chemistry or will submit PhD thesis before commencement of post.
- Good publication record in relevant research areas.
- Experience in developing new synthetic methodologies. Experience with developing light-mediated or photocatalytic reactions would be an advantage.
- Experience in reaction optimisation and synthetic route development.Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly, orally, and in writing.
