POSITION SUMMARY

The lab of Dr. Gaya Amarasinghe at Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine, Department of Pathology and Immunology, is looking for a Postdoctoral Research Associate. The Amarasinghe lab is focused on developing a mechanistic understanding of host-pathogen interactions. The Amarasinghe group routinely uses biochemical and biophysical methods coupled with cellular assays to identify and characterize components from hosts and pathogens to determine mechanism for pathogen replication and immune evasion.

EDUCATION:

Ph.D., M.D. Or Equivalent Terminal Or Doctoral Degree.
