Position Qualification
POSITION SUMMARY
A Postdoctoral Research Fellowship position is offered in the Office for Metrics and Evaluation (OME) at the University of Nebraska Medical Center’s College of Public Health under the mentorship of Dr. Brian Carey Sims. OME offers a full suite of data, research and evaluation services (including proposal development, project management and research communications) with a focus on public health infrastructure and data modernization, and a particular emphasis on community-engaged research applications in marginalized contexts. OME is seeking an ambitious and highly-motivated person to lead OME initiatives designed to advance knowledge of the role of advanced data systems (e.g. Artificial Intelligence (AI), Virtual Reality (VR)) in public health applications and frameworks across a variety of contexts.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must have a Ph.D. and /or DrPH degree (or anticipate receiving their degree in the near future) with less than five years of postdoctoral experience.
