Description:

We are looking for a Postdoctoral Researcher to join us. The post holder is a member of a research group with responsibility for carrying out research for a new Wellcome Trust funded project that uses multi-modal high-field 7-Tesla MRI, cognitive neuroscience tools and digital phenotyping to characterise motivation and related constructs in individuals with depression. The post holder provides guidance to junior members of the research group including research assistants, PhD students, and/or project volunteers. Training can be provided on all aspects of the project procedures.
The successful candidate should hold, or be nearing completion of, a relevant PhD/DPhil, together with relevant experience conducting research activities, experience with MRI scanning procedures, and experience with statistical modelling. They should also have the ability to manage their own research and be able to contribute ideas for new projects. Experience with designing or implementing new cognitive paradigms and experience with multi-modal neuroimaging analysis is desirable.
