Responsibilities:
You will work on various research projects on data analysis and digital twin development for water treatment processes. Your specific tasks include:
- State-of-the-art study on mathematical modelling and digital twin development for water treatment processes.
- You develop model-based soft sensors for important measurements at the water/wastewater treatment plant using mechanistic, data-driven or hybrid models.
- Develop both mechanistic and data-driven models for water treatment processes.
- Supervising master students
- Supervising PhD students
- You will collaborate closely with external project partners.
- You actively participate in writing new project proposals on the digitization of water quality processes.
