REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s degree in Business Management or any related field. Possessing an ACTA or DACE certificate will be a bonus.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• At least 5 years of work experience, preferably teaching Postgraduate Diploma experience.
• Knowledge of using Zoom and Google Classroom is preferable.
• Passionate about teaching.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• Able to teach classes on weekends and weekday evenings.

• Teaching the subject using a variety of appropriate teaching methods in a way that students can understand.
• Designing assessments and verifying students’ assignments and pending assignments.
• Following the procedures and policies set by the school.
• Completing other tasks assigned by management.
• Preparing and maintaining schemes of work, lesson plans, lesson notes, students’ assessment reports, records of work, and other records.
• Design interactive activities, case studies, and simulations to facilitate student engagement and comprehension of business topics.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to enhance the quality and effectiveness of course materials.
