Postgraduate Medical Education Advisor

This is an exciting new role to join our medical education team in providing excellent day to day to support to our medical and dental workforce in relation to their training and professional development.
Providing day to day to support to our doctors in training on rotational training programmes including the Academic Programme and study leave requirements.
Providing pastoral support to our medics as they undertake national training programmes within the organisation and working closely with the Director or Medical Education to ensure we provide the highest level of training possible.
NHFT is an integrated primary care and mental health Trust, providing physical, mental health and specialty services in both hospital settings and out in the community. Because we put the person at the centre of all we do, we focus on delivering care that is as easy to access as possible. This means many of our services can be provided at home, work or in schools. We also provide health services to various prisons and detention centres in Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.
