Powder Coating Supervisor
Hilustre Coatings Pty Ltd requires a Supervisor to co-ordinate work on our busy powder coating line. This hands-on role involves working on and managing the day to day running of the powder coating line. There is a level of manual handling involved, the applicant will need to be physically fit.
The successful applicant will need to manage a small production crew to maintain a high level of quality and output. The Supervisor will be required to complete daily quality documentation and other reporting functions. This role requires someone who is self-motivated and has a high attention to detail. Being able to demonstrate previous experience as a team leader in the powder coating industry is essential.
Hilustre Coatings is a leader in the industrial coating field, with production facilities for powder coating and spray painting. We are based in Thomastown in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne close to the Western Ring Road. The successful applicant will report to the Production Manager and will need to work in a small team to achieve quality results.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
