CTG is seeking to fill a Power Automate Developer position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: Permanent Placement
SKILLS:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Flow) and its integrations.
- Understanding of best practices for developing RPA solutions using MS Power Automate.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
EXPERIENCE:
- Prior experience in developing automated solutions using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Familiarity with pharmacy operations is a plus, but not mandatory.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to support Pharmacy and HR operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Integrate Power Automate with existing pharmacy management systems to optimize workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to current workflows to minimize disruptions in pharmacy operations.
- Document workflows, processes, and integration points to support the development of BOTs/RPA solutions.
