Location: Remote - LATAM

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• 2+ Years of Experience: Relevant experience in data visualization and Power BI dashboarding, particularly in creating solutions for strategic decision-making.
• Power BI Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Power BI, focusing on dashboard creation, data transformation, and interactive reporting.
• UI-Focused Data Visualization: Experience designing intuitive and visually engaging dashboards for executive-level users.
• Data Automation: Strong ability to automate data workflows within Power BI and Excel.
• Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills with Excel, including VBA, macros, and custom functions, to support Power BI efforts.
• Familiarity with additional BI tools such as Tableau or Qlik (good to have).
• Experience with cloud data platforms like AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, or Google BigQuery (good to have).

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

We are looking for a skilled Power BI & Data Visualization Specialist who excels in creating user-friendly, executive-level dashboards and reports. This role prioritizes expertise in Power BI and focuses on developing intuitive, visually compelling UI elements that drive data-driven decision-making. The specialist will work closely with various departments to understand data needs, transforming complex datasets into actionable insights through advanced Power BI dashboarding. Your responsibilities include:

• Regularly meet with users to gather and prioritize requirements for Power BI and Excel data analytics solutions
• Develop and implement effective data analytics solutions that meet identified business needs
• Create intuitive, executive-level dashboards and reports using Power BI, with Excel as a supplementary tool
• Design and maintain macros and scripts within Excel to automate data processing and reporting tasks
• Build automation workflows in Power BI and Excel to streamline data handling, analysis, and reporting
• Implement user-friendly interfaces in both Power BI and Excel for easy data input, manipulation, and visualization
• Train users on the functionality of developed solutions in Power BI and Excel to enhance data literacy
• Document solutions and report on their organizational impact, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Identify and address process and data gaps across the organization to enhance data accuracy and availability
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to maintain alignment and drive data-focused initiatives
